Sweet Summertime

We've been spending a lot of time in pools. Community pool, kiddie pool in our backyard, and the one at my parents house (complete with palm tree).

I found this picture the other day at my aunt's house. She had a bunch of the family's wedding photos out on display. I love this picture. They are so young here. This was taken in 1970. Not sure if it was before or after they got married, as their anniversary is May 2, 1970. Aww!

San Antonio Zoo

We made the most spontaneous decision to go to the zoo last weekend (July 2nd)! And we recruited the Ullevigs to go with us! We had a great time, but, as usual Texas July weather goes, we only lasted so long until we started to melt. But, I think the kiddos had a great time. So I think, overall success!

Oh, Hello There.

Hi There. I bet you thought I forgot about you? Not so much. We've been super busy on this end. Mainly, work. Mostly, work. Kind of bittersweet, really. I have so much to catch everyone up on. Okay fine. I have 100+ photos to share with you all. But we'll get there. Meanwhile, here are a few snaps to wet your appetite.
